I’m a Principal Technical Support Engineer focused on making data platforms dependable and easy to use. Since 02.2024, I’ve been expanding my knowledge across ODS and DWH environments, ensuring efficient processing and storage while staying driven by reliability, helpfulness, and constant learning.
I apply Informatica for daily data integration and transformation, and I work with Snowflake to analyze, manage, and optimize data workflows. I also leverage Matillion for ETL processes and contribute to data application architecture, data flows, and Streamlit application development inside Snowflake, while resolving user issues related to data and performance reliability.
Previously, as a Principal Technical Support Engineer in PegaSystems (12.2021–02.2024), I delivered full day-to-day production support—reproducing and resolving incidents, maintaining client communication, and diagnosing critical application errors by reviewing Java code and logs. Earlier roles also strengthened my operational mindset: production support in HSBC Delivery Polska and DevOps-oriented support (Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Helm, CI/CD, plus Python/Ansible automation), along with SQL/NoSQL database experience and practical IT support across web and e-commerce tooling.
