At Amazon Web Services, I built and operated a production observability platform across 20 AWS regions. Using Fluent Bit, Kinesis, Firehose, S3, OpenSearch and Grafana, I helped cut MTTD from hours to minutes.
I also built Python and boto3 deployment and recovery automation, and an on-call system for ticket triage and eligible incident resolution. Historical data indicated the system could reduce eligible ticket volume by approximately 80% for a five-engineer rotation.
On the AWS Database Migration Service, I implemented structured logging and trace context in a Java service, and built a historical analytics layer with Glue, Athena, Iceberg and S3. I also stabilized the C-based replication engine across more than eight database platforms, unblocking four major releases.
Earlier, I created CI/CD pipelines and automation at AWS, developed SQL Server data pipelines at Volvo Trucks, and built Python workflow automation at Commerzbank. At Fabrity K2, I owned application and database components, including a Java desktop application and reporting workloads.
