I'm seeking an entry-level remote Customer Support Specialist, Customer Service Representative, or Help Desk Support role where I can provide patient, customer-first support across time zones and continue learning support workflows and tools.

I've spent 10 years supporting customers in a family business, helping with product selection, purchasing decisions, and day-to-day inquiries.

I build positive customer relationships through calm communication, active listening, and practical problem-solving. I'm trained in customer support workflows, including creating and assigning tickets, and I'm HubSpot Service Hub Software Certified.

I'm ready to bring my customer-first mindset to a remote support team using HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Slack, and other helpdesk tools.
