What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote or fast-paced customer-facing role where I can drive strong CSAT, handle inbound requests efficiently, and use CRM systems to schedule solutions and upsell the right products—while staying open to coaching and process improvements.

I’m a customer service and sales professional with 2+ years of experience handling inbound calls, chats, and emails in fast-paced BPO and remote environments. I guide customers through product setup and usage, convert questions into scheduled appointments and virtual consultations, and keep service delivery strong by following call flows and documenting interactions accurately in CRMs. I’m especially effective at resolving concerns quickly while identifying upsell opportunities that match customer needs.
