I offer artisan gemstone and crystal pendants to aid along the journey of self-discovery. With the tools and experience I've gained over the years I guide those who are looking to find the power within themselves. With the use of journaling, affirmations and learning how to release, I help others rewrite their story.

Within my role as the Claim Team Lead, I would assist Claims Associates with escalated calls, and any questions they may have. My role also includes speaking with customers to review their homeowner's insurance policies, assist with finding housing due to displacement, overseeing confidence camps (in house training) and being a resource for my team.

My responsibilities were to interview and hire the best candidates. I would train new hires and show them the processes and procedures of the store. The other duties were to open and close the store. Opening and closing the store consisted of checking inventory and preparing the store for the day.

I would assist the youth with any challenging aspects of their everyday life from education to artistic pursuits. I provided homework and actionable steps in order for them to remain focused on their goals.
