I grew regional revenue from $3.5M in 2023 to $13.7M in 2025 as operations expanded from one clinic to three. I also co-developed executive Salesforce dashboards and created a Patient Coordinator Performance Dashboard now used nationally.

At PT & Chiro Concepts, I co-owned and managed a healthcare organization that grew from two to six locations. I held responsibility for financial performance and operations, and managed practice leaders and a multidisciplinary team of 40+ employees.
