I've built, scaled, and sold The Nabo Group on the software I architected: NaboSense, an eight-module operating platform used across 23,000+ units in 8+ states and DC. As acting CTO, I led a seven-person engineering and IT team, owned product direction and UI/UX, and led integration following a strategic acquisition.
I shipped AI into live community-management operations, including a 24/7 resident and board chatbot, resident mobile app, and document-processing engine that handled roughly 90% of resale transactions at peak. I also led technology migrations for 10+ acquisitions while maintaining board reporting, resident service, and 95%+ client retention through hyper-growth.
My perspective comes from 15+ years as a property-management software buyer and end user before becoming a builder.
