I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive property management platform adoption and integrations, partner cross-functionally, and use KPIs and revenue analytics to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience and portfolio performance.

I’m a Strategic Technology and Operations Leader with 20+ years of experience driving system administration, platform adoption, and cross-functional initiatives in the property management industry. I’ve built measurable results by optimizing RealPage, Entrata, and YieldStar through configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, and end-to-end integrations.

In my recent role as Head of Property Management Systems at VeriFast, I led PMS integrations, translated customer feedback into product requirements, partnered with Customer Success and Support to improve the post-launch journey, and defined KPIs to track implementation success. Previously, as a Manager at Aldon Management Corp, I administered and optimized RealPage and Entrata across national portfolios, resolved complex escalations and integration issues to protect data integrity, improved helpdesk workflows, and supported revenue performance by analyzing market trends and occupancy data.
