What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product-led role where I can scale AI-enabled operations and customer-facing workflows, partner closely with stakeholders, and use data to drive measurable business outcomes—supported by transparent execution and strong accountability.

I am a Product-focused people person with a knack for cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem solving.

I have held roles across operations, acquisition marketing, Transformation and Innovation, and AI Enablement, delivering results at scale, managing teams, and elevating spirits through tough change-heavy times.

At my heart I am a creative, but I am balanced in that I love research as much as I do storytelling.

While in my Marketing Roles played a key role in the development and product ownership of a listing management platform, managed a team of offshore resources and internal marketing coordinators. I also managed our Google Ads and Analytics reporting.

Following that time I was on a Transformation team and collaborated to stand up an integration for a customer facing AI tool that was piloted and then rolled out over a portfolio of 100K+ homes.

Since then, I have been managing that tool and it’s associated vendor relationships while also assisting in developing the companies vision for further AI Enablement.

Oversaw management and vendor relations for an AI Leasing Assistant and created novel reporting methods to keep National Leadership informed of performance trends. Audited 1,500+ leasing conversations, updating the AI knowledge bank and helping drive ~10% reduction in share of handoffs due to missing or incomplete knowledge.
