I’m a Senior Product Manager with 12 years of experience building and scaling products across technology, automotive, and Bitcoin. I specialize in “growth” outcomes—onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion—by simplifying complex workflows into intuitive customer experiences.

I combine product strategy with hands-on design and engineering contributions, using AI-assisted development to compress the path from discovery to shipped product. I drive decisions through data, Voice of the Customer, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Most recently, I founded and run a 10-client consultancy helping businesses “build and own their digital presence,” shipping websites and custom tooling with an AI-assisted workflow (Cursor, NotebookLM, ChatGPT), then driving lead growth through SEO, analytics, and Meta/Google Ads. I also continued leading customer success and retention work by training owners to operate their own sites and converting buyers into confident operators.

Previously as a Product Manager / Systems Engineer at Ford, I owned design and release of body interior commodities from 3D CAD concept through assembly-line production, rotated through six engineering roles early on, and partnered with production to resolve defects. I’ve led discovery and delivery across multiple products, ran customer interviews to validate problems, and implemented measurement to quantify impact and guide iteration.
