I'm looking for a customer service, data entry, or lead generation role where I can use accurate record handling, clear communication, and efficient follow-through to support clients and operations.

I've supported customer operations across Italk Financial Services, Anova Health Institute, Chery Motors, DashBPO, and IntelliBPO. My work includes lead warming, data capture, appointment coordination, warranty support, and mortgage refinance lead vetting.

I'm focused on accurate information handling, clear customer communication, and efficient follow-through. I use Excel, Word, Outlook, and computer systems to manage records, support clients, and keep teams informed.
