What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused operations leadership role where I can develop teams, use business metrics to improve performance, partner across functions, and build inclusive experiences that drive loyalty and results.

I've led retail operations and customer experiences for Polo Ralph Lauren, Target, Follett Higher Education Group, Under Armour, adidas, and AMC Theatres. In my current Associate Manager role at Polo Ralph Lauren, I partner with the General Manager to execute strategic initiatives, improve performance, and maintain premium brand standards.

I coach, mentor, and develop diverse teams through feedback, career conversations, hiring, onboarding, and performance management. At AMC Theatres, I earned three promotions within my first year based on performance and leadership.

I use sales trends, KPIs, financial metrics, inventory flow, and operational data to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and create consistent customer-first experiences. I value inclusive team cultures, cross-functional partnerships, and change that drives loyalty and results.
