I’m looking for a Technical Support or systems role where I can manage enterprise infrastructure reliably, resolve incidents fast, and train teams on critical e-services—so operations stay seamless, secure, and continually improving.

I’m a results-driven Technical Support Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure, system administration, and technical support. I maintain the District Court Data Server (Ubuntu) and ICT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across District Court, Family Court, and Commercial Court.

I support e-Seva Kendras and Virtual Court services, troubleshoot software/hardware/network issues, and keep the District Court website accessible. I also train and support judicial officers and court staff on e-Services portals and apps (Justis App, iJuris, ICJS), and run video conferencing sessions using Google Meet, Jitsi, Zoom, and WebEx.
