I expanded the business into Indian MNC and enterprise ICT markets, contributing to 25%+ year-over-year growth and increasing partner-driven revenue by 12%.

I led sales, pre-sales, procurement, regional operations and multi-country service delivery, managing 200+ cross-functional professionals. My work improved service performance by 20%, reduced operating expenditure by 18%, expanded EBITDA margin by 3–5 points and maintained 90%+ customer retention.

More recently, I co-created AIX, an AI-first firewall automation platform that reduced security analysis time by 65%. I bring 30+ years of technology, commercial and operational leadership to helping organizations turn technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
