What I'm looking for
I am an experienced HR and training professional with a strong background in operations, records management, and client-facing services. I bring energetic, customer-focused service and excellent attention to detail to every role.
Over my career I have coordinated training programs, administered HR transactions, managed benefits processes, and supported caseloads in human services and rehabilitation. I routinely handle confidential records, compliance tasks, and complex inquiries across multiple systems.
I have comprehensive experience with HRIS and enterprise systems including UltiPro, Kronos, PSA Pan System, SAP, HMIS and other domain-specific tools, and I quickly learn and apply new programs. I also coordinate travel, expenses, reports, and cross-functional communication to support executives and program operations.
