I’m looking for a role where I can deliver empathetic customer support, manage inboxes and schedules, and keep workflows organized. I want a fast-paced environment that values clear communication, reliability, and room to grow.

I’m a detail-oriented and people-focused Administrative & Customer Support Specialist with hands-on experience supporting customers, managing inquiries, and maintaining organized workflows in fast-paced environments. I’m known for professionalism, empathy, and reliability, with strong verbal & written communication and problem-solving.

In my current role as a Customer Service Representative / Admin Support and Social media executive, I respond to customer inquiries via Instagram and WhatsApp, handle order concerns and cancellations, and maintain accurate customer records and communication logs. Previously, I supported executive scheduling, coordinated meetings and minutes, and managed front-desk inquiries, while also serving as a remote virtual assistant to host webinars, create promotional content, and support scheduling and training preparation.
