What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused sales or service role where I can use my communication, tele-sales, administration, and hospitality experience to support customers and drive results.

I've sold telecommunications, internet, TV, and UK business products across Cell C, Ignition Group, Consumer Links, and Outworx. Most recently, I handled inbound sales for EarthLink, selling fibre, wireless, satellite internet, and DirecTV to US customers.

I've also managed front-of-house operations at Toureiro: House of Prawns, from cash-ups and stocktakes to guest bookings, social media marketing, and event setup. My background includes TEFL teaching in Thailand, and I bring strong communication, listening, administration, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
