What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a target-driven role where I can use my empathy-led customer service, quick turnaround, and data-savvy troubleshooting to exceed KPIs, grow client relationships, and solve problems on the first encounter.

I’m a target driven, dedicated, and self-starting Sales and Customer Service professional with proven experience nurturing positive client relationships to drive key business metrics like client satisfaction. I’m forward-thinking in my approach, and I know that empathy and attentiveness matter when turning conversations into closed deals.

Across my roles, I’ve been recognized among the highest-ranking sales agents, based on exceptional turnaround time, resolving issues within the first customer encounter, and producing the highest KPI’s.
