At TELEPERFORMANCE TOGO, I work as a Customer Support Bilingual agent, a role I began in April 2025.
Before that, I worked as Chef Pompiste at STATION MRS and served customers at MAGNIFIQUE HAIR FASHION, where I listened to their needs, advised them on products, and managed online customer service and orders.
As a volunteer with ONG IYF, I’ve learned attentive listening, adapting my point of view, and self-control. During my internship at HORPEZ-GROUP, I analyzed receiving and delivery notes, assisted with merchandise handling and customer needs, and prepared stock reports.
