Remote customer support representative working across English and French, with experience publishing books on Amazon KDP and supporting a youth community project.
TogoWhat I'm looking for
I’m a bilingual customer support candidate based in Lomé, ready to work remotely in English and French. I’m a native French and Ewe speaker, with full professional proficiency in English.
As founder and community lead of a youth social project, I bring young people together around mental health, fitness, music, cultural events, and workshops. I also run a book club of about 20 members and use their feedback as a focus group.
As a self-employed publisher on Amazon KDP, I designed and published books, analyzed platform data to guide investment decisions, and ran social media ad campaigns. I’ve also volunteered with children at St Claire's orphanage.
