As a Small Business Owner (2019–2024), I handled customer inquiries, resolved complaints professionally, and processed orders from start to finish. I coordinated deliveries, managed packaging and order fulfillment, and maintained accurate customer records and transaction information.

I’m skilled in handling business communications through phone calls, messaging platforms, and email, always aiming to respond quickly and clearly. I also build and maintain customer relationships by listening carefully, problem-solving effectively, and following through.
