Blessing Sonia Benjoye

Through my independent business experience, I communicated with customers about products, orders, payments, delivery, and enquiries. I managed requests and resolved issues throughout the order process.

I also coordinated product sourcing, supplier communication, and order follow-up, while organizing product information, pricing, inventory, and customer orders.

I created simulated customer support responses and analyzed simulated complaints and support tickets. I used spreadsheet formulas to calculate resolution metrics, identify common issues, and develop practical recommendations.

I recently completed training at Saylor University in customer service, business communication, word processing, spreadsheets, public speaking, and psychology. I use Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
