I’ve worked in a government office, retail, and ran my own mini importation business, where I managed customer communication, processed orders, and handled after-sales support.

I enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and staying organised under pressure. From enquiries to order processing, follow-up, and accurate data entry, I focus on problem solving and strong customer relationship management—while bringing tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack to keep work smooth and accountable.
