I am a dedicated IT Support Specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, majoring in Computer Technology. My journey in the tech industry began with an extensive on-the-job training at RICOH Imaging Products, where I honed my skills in technical support and system administration. Over the years, I have accumulated valuable experience working with various companies, including Archangel Technologies and Tech Mahindra, where I excelled in roles that required problem-solving and customer service.

Throughout my career, I have developed a robust skill set that includes expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and Active Directory, among others. My role as a Back Office Support/Web Analyst at Tech Mahindra allowed me to enhance my analytical skills, while my recent position as an IT Support Specialist at Xtendops Inc. has further solidified my commitment to providing exceptional technical support. I thrive in dynamic environments and am eager to contribute my skills to a forward-thinking organization.
