What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities in Information Technology where reliability and attention to detail matter—one where I can support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and grow quickly by learning from a steady stream of real needs.

I graduated with a degree in Information Technology, but most of what I know came from doing the work. For nearly two years, I worked as an Admin Student Assistant in a college accounting department, processing hundreds of promissory notes, financial assistance entries, and account transactions while staying compliant with financial protocols. I also ran the cashier window when needed, took student payments, and kept clearances and promissory notes organized and on file.

In my final year, I completed a technical support internship, resolving workstation issues across departments through troubleshooting connectivity and software problems, assembling hardware for new setups, and running floor checks to catch issues early. Between both experiences, I’ve built a range I genuinely find useful—I can handle records, correspondence, and document management as comfortably as I troubleshoot systems or set up workstations. I’m currently looking for opportunities where reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn quickly count for something.
