What I'm looking for
I’m a Relationship Manager with a customer-first mindset, focused on delivering smooth banking experiences. At Wema Bank Plc, I assist customers with banking products and services, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain professional, supportive communication.
Before banking, I strengthened my service and problem-solving skills in travel and administration. As a Ticketing & Reservations Officer at Llynmase Travel and Tours LTD, I handled booking inquiries, resolved ticketing issues, and ensured smooth transactions through phone, email, and in-person support. Earlier, as Administrative Staff & PA to the CEO at Darijod Pharmacy and Stores, I managed customer records, handled correspondence and scheduling, and helped customers with product recommendations.
My service orientation also developed during my NYSC as a Health Assistant, where I communicated with patients, maintained confidential records, and coordinated with teams to improve patient experience.
