What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own live chat/customer care end-to-end—solving problems fast, keeping accurate records, and using reporting insights to improve service. I also want opportunities to grow within a supportive, organized team.

I bring strong expertise across customer relationship management, sales, and administrative support—delivering accurate information, efficient data handling, and fast, friendly service.

In customer-facing roles, I manage live chat and customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain detailed chat logs and records for smooth operations and follow-up. I also track orders, communicate with internal teams, and provide timely updates on shipping, delays, and stock changes.

As an Independent Travel Consultant, I handled travel inquiries from U.S. clients, booked international flights and packages, created shared complete itineraries, and followed up to ensure bookings were completed smoothly. I also supported travel changes—like date adjustments, cancellations, and upgrades—while providing destination information and travel advice.
