I’m looking for a role where I can lead IT operations and reliability, partner on network and security, and use QA automation to improve release quality—bringing a self-directed, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced team.

I’m a dynamic, highly motivated IT leader with 20+ years of wide-ranging technical support and management experience, focused on network engineering, system security and administration, and fast, effective troubleshooting. I’m recognized as a competent decision-maker who can identify, analyze, and minimize issues while maintaining stability, availability, security, and reliability of application and mission-critical systems.

In my roles, I’ve owned change control and compliance procedures, managed uptime targets such as maintaining 99.999 uptime of mission critical systems, and led IT operations with strong organization and communication. I’ve also driven QA improvements—performing manual tests, leading project management to acquire TestComplete, implementing AI solutions for QA tasks to increase efficiency by 100%, and running daily/weekly release verification across software branches.
