I’m a Product Manager specialising in workflow optimisation, internal tooling, AI-enabled automation, and data-driven iteration. I turn complex system behaviour into clear, actionable solutions that reduce friction and accelerate value delivery across global SaaS environments.

At Amazon (2022–Present), I led end-to-end delivery of workflow and integration initiatives across EU, MENA, and APAC, improving time-to-value and driving adoption of internal systems. I analysed API/EDI system behaviour, identified automation bottlenecks, and partnered with engineering to reduce defects and manual intervention.

I improved internal LLM performance by spotting hallucination patterns, analysing model outputs, and collaborating with engineering to increase accuracy and reliability. Using operational dashboards and defect analytics, I diagnosed root causes and guided iterative enhancements to vendor workflows and internal tooling, while creating documentation, SOPs, and training content for global teams.

Previously at ChannelAdvisor (2020–2022), I delivered structured onboarding and workflow implementation programs for SaaS marketplace tools, translating technical concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations. I surfaced customer pain points through behaviour analysis, recommending changes that improved the product experience and reduced support load.

I’m particularly interested in applying workflow optimisation, automation, and internal tooling expertise within climate tech, sustainability, geospatial systems, mobility platforms, and environmental data products.
