What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an international role where I can improve customer support, business operations, or digital quality through structured problem-solving, clear stakeholder communication, and remote collaboration.

I've supported international customers, business operations, and digital quality work across Europe and Canada for more than 25 years.

At Qualitest, I spent five years on Google AI and Search projects, evaluating Swedish-language digital content and data for accuracy, relevance, and market quality. I analysed complex information, flagged inconsistencies, and delivered structured feedback and quality reports.

In B2B client support at BCA Europe and business development at Limavox, I've helped customers understand digital platforms, identify needs, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate CRM information in remote international environments.

My earlier work at Svenska Handelsbanken, Deutsche Bank, and Dentsu Aegis Network built my foundation in confidential administration, stakeholder communication, onboarding, HR processes, and regulated operational workflows.
