I’ve led large teams and delivered time-sensitive, mission-critical outcomes—supporting high-value inventory (1M+ SKUs worth $1B+) and objectives at the $500M+ scale—while proactively targeting process improvement and cost reduction.

As a Service Operations Manager at Samsung Electronics America, I built and managed the Samsung Beyond Boundaries program with 50+ accounts/technicians and an annual $5.5M budget.
