Managed aftermarket national accounts and supply chain coordination for new product launches, fill rate and inventory availability, collaborating across sales, demand planning, sourcing and purchasing. Ensured customer satisfaction and launch execution.

Led contracts and vendor management for managed services with 8 direct reports; launched Salesforce for contract/vendor records and managed vendor evaluations, compliance and contract validation. Drove vendor qualification and onboarding processes.

Reviewed and updated IT contracts, coordinated with sourcing on MSAs/SLAs and led a program team to achieve federal audit readiness by ensuring process and documentation compliance. Managed IT procurement governance.

Managed prototype powertrain purchase orders and supplier relationships to ensure 100% on-time delivery; served as program manager for prototype orders and coordinated cross-functional teams. Improved supplier engagement for prototype programs.

Managed OE and aftermarket projects for automotive electronics and audio, delivering service parts distribution, warranty support and negotiated master SOWs that produced significant annual profit; led SAP aftermarket launches and process improvement using VSM.

Led aftermarket electronics and audio supply chain activities including SAP R/3 launches, BOM maintenance and change management while supporting QS9000 readiness and dealer support functions. Drove departmental output improvements and system deployments.
