As Director of Scouting at Auburn University (2022-2025), I led end to end talent evaluation and identification strategy for a Division I football program. I managed and optimized recruiting CRM database workflows for data accuracy and strategic pipeline tracking, developed structured communication plans to improve prospect engagement and conversion, and monitored transfer portal market trends to identify high-value opportunities.

Earlier, as Director of Scouting at Liberty University (2018-2022), I oversaw prospect pipeline development and prioritization across multiple recruiting classes, served as the primary CRM point of contact, and ensured system continuity by resolving workflow issues. At Yale University (2017-2018), I managed the full recruiting lifecycle—including sourcing, evaluation, official visit coordination, and compliance—while directing recruiting events and communications to strengthen candidate experiences.
