What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining IT support/administration with training or teaching in a multicultural environment, where I can mentor others and contribute to projects and learning.

I am an experienced and versatile professional with a background in IT consulting, system administration and international teaching across ICT, Computer Science and English. I have delivered technical support and managed service desks for corporate clients as well as taught programming, Microsoft 365 and core ICT concepts to Years 4–9.

My career highlights include starting and managing a French‑speaking IT Service Desk at ATEA, participating in cross‑border IT merger projects, and delivering online and in-person instruction in Myanmar. I combine technical certifications and hands‑on system administration experience with classroom lesson planning, assessment and parent communication.

I am collaborative, patient and customer‑focused, comfortable working in multicultural environments and quickly adapting to new systems while coaching colleagues and students. I bring analytical attention to detail, a service mindset and fluency in Swedish, English, French and Myanmar to roles that require both technical depth and strong interpersonal skills.
