I work here at the PDM (personal distance meeting) where I help unemployed people all over Sweden find new opportunities, i.e, a new job, a new education, depending on their unique personality and wishes. There is a great variety in the ways I can personalize the support to each unemployed individual according to their needs.

Working mainly as an IT Technician for "Hällsboskolan" in Umeå, I am responsible for all troubleshooting regarding personal computers, students computers, smartboards and network etc. SPSM (Specialpedagogiska Skolmyndigheten) also has two additional offices in Norrland that I am responsible for, Skellefteå and Luleå and I sometimes go there for troubleshooting and support.

Supporting students as well as the University Library staff with a wide variety of problems. Troubleshooting PC clients, MAC OS clients, Android/iOS mobile phones, network related problems. Using Active Directory actively, remote controlling clients, installing equipment and monitoring Lync video conference calls, upgrading clients OS, monitoring client status for potential security risks.
