What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can own digital commerce, web operations, or business systems across international markets. I want to combine hands-on Shopify and WooCommerce expertise with analytics, integrations, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership to improve revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

I am a Finnish Web Operations and E-commerce Manager based in Taipei, with a background spanning digital commerce, information technology, supply chain management, business systems, and process improvement.

At Supacaz, I manage web and e-commerce operations across Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, B2C, B2B, EU B2B, and distributor-facing platforms. My responsibilities include storefront performance, conversion optimization, technical SEO, website speed and reliability, product and catalog management, UX improvements, analytics, and workflows connecting e-commerce with ERP, inventory, logistics, payments, and fulfillment systems.

I have experience coordinating technical integrations, improving operational processes, auditing large product catalogs, supporting international storefronts, and working with internal teams, designers, developers, warehouses, and external technology partners. I enjoy identifying inefficient processes, turning business requirements into practical systems, and using data and automation to improve performance.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Communication Technology and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, specializing in supply chain management.

I am particularly interested in remote roles involving web operations, e-commerce management, digital operations, business systems, implementation, technical account management, customer success, process development, or cross-functional project management.
