I’m a Strong communicator and detail-oriented professional with a diverse background in IT systems management and high-level customer service. Over five years of combined experience spans technology infrastructure and delivering exceptional experiences in fast-paced environments.

I’ve led practical, high-impact IT initiatives—most notably an IT Infrastructure Upgrade with a 600K budget, including deployment of 150 all-in-one computers and enterprise-grade video conferencing solutions. I also established Fulton County Juvenile’s first internal IT service help desk, streamlining workflows and reducing ticket resolution from 3 weeks to two days.

I spearheaded the courts’ Microsoft 365 migration, collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot roadblocks while ensuring data integrity, security compliance, and user readiness through structured management and training. I’ve also supported identity and access through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation and delivered in-person training to boost team productivity and digital confidence.

Right now, I’m building my cloud foundation through Per Scholas’ AWS re/Start Training and my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (July 3, 2025). I bring a hands-on approach to Windows and Linux support, AWS tooling (like AWS Systems Manager and AWS CLI), and reliable service delivery—always with clear communication and client satisfaction at the center.
