What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT/customer support role where I can take calls, resolve incidents, and support customers and teams. I want a place with clear standards, teamwork, and opportunities to keep improving my IT skills.

I’m enthusiastic, outgoing, motivated, and highly friendly, and I’m currently working on my IT degree. With solid communication and listening skills, I stay clear, concise, and focused—even under pressure (50–60 WPM typing, great multi-tasking).

At Gardner White, I provide first level support in the desk service area by taking calls and handling incident management. I assist customers with rescheduling services, processing payments, and making account changes, while also entering new services and sales for pest control needs. I collaborate with technicians and inspectors by reaching out to customers, rescheduling service appointments, answering questions about services, and ensuring agreements are signed, using tools like Teams, Microsoft, branch email, Birdseye, Word, and Excel.

Before this, I worked in delivery support (Gardner White, 2020–2024) where I broke down and evaluated customer requests, coordinated delivery timing with drivers and staff, and maintained tracking documents and reports to keep delivery date/time information accurate. Earlier roles in food production strengthened my customer service presence, teamwork, sanitation discipline, and reliability—often closing shifts by counting cash registers down and preparing the restaurant for the next crew.
