I am a Senior Usability Engineer and Human Factors Specialist with extensive experience in managing user experience resources and activities. My expertise encompasses interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and ethnography. I have a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving user-centered design processes across various industries.
