What I'm looking for
I’m a Design Researcher and UX Researcher with 6+ years of experience leading end-to-end research across fintech, healthcare, and enterprise platforms. I combine generative, ethnographic, and usability research to uncover needs, define personas, and turn insights into decisions people can act on.
At Oracle, I lead a generative research study for the Segmentation Platform—mapping end-to-end customer journeys and defining personas to inform product strategy. I’ve also led UX benchmarking for Oracle Analytics Cloud, identified usability gaps, and built an accessibility and inclusivity scorecard for Oracle’s Redwood Design System to support systematic WCAG evaluation and platform-level strategy.
Earlier, I worked as a UX Researcher & Strategist for healthcare programs, running remote user research and usability testing with diverse medical stakeholders to inform user-centered design. I delivered actionable findings for the beta iEcho platform, created a research repository for long-term strategy, and supported roadmap decisions by partnering closely with product and engineering teams.
