I am a Head of Research at UXR Technologies Ltd, where I am responsible for deciding research strategies for key clients and overseeing the execution of research projects. With a post-graduate diploma in management from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, I have a strong background in research and have been instrumental in shaping the strategy of userstudy.co. I have successfully managed and grown a team of researchers and built a pipeline of freelancer UX Researchers.

Previously, I worked as a Principal UX Researcher at MakeMyTrip, where I served as the users' voice in the company, ensuring that the right decisions were made by different product and design teams. I also managed a team of researchers and supported them in their professional growth. At Prodigy Education (India), I undertook various UX research projects, including identifying use cases for the product and measuring customer satisfaction. As a Sr. CX Researcher at Veritas Technologies, I conducted customer interviews and usability testing to capture users' opinions and feedback. I also handled UX design and research work for complex solutions in the Manufacturing domain at SAS R&D (India) Pvt. Ltd. Throughout my career, I have been focused on understanding user needs and driving product and design decisions based on research insights.

I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and I have a strong passion for research and user-centered design. I am constantly seeking opportunities to contribute to product and design strategy based on research insights and to make a meaningful impact on user experiences.
