What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build markets, strategic partnerships, and recurring revenue through consultative SaaS or commercial sales work, using go-to-market planning, account development, cross-functional collaboration, and sales coaching.

At ADP, I lead territory development and consultative SaaS/HCM sales for franchise owners and multi-unit organizations, connecting payroll, HR, compliance, and workforce technology to business objectives.

Previously, as an ADP Senior District Manager and Senior Small Business Consultant, I achieved 100%–123% of annual quota for three consecutive fiscal years. I managed a high-volume portfolio, strengthened retention and expansion through client reviews, and coached new hires while supporting sales leadership.

My background also includes client engagement at HBK CPA & Consultants, premium in-home sales at West Shore Home, and fitness leadership at Altus-HPO, LA Fitness, and EXOS/Washington Health System.
