I'm looking to drive revenue-enabling initiatives, improve sales processes and go-to-market execution, and collaborate cross-functionally using data and CRM insights to support scalable growth.

I'm currently driving enterprise sales and revenue-enabling initiatives at ADP, where I diagnose sales-process inefficiencies and deploy automated workflow solutions that shorten deal cycles.

I partner with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to prioritize strategic initiatives, provide frontline operational support, and create reports that improve execution.

Using Salesforce CRM, I analyze pipeline performance, track attribution, and optimize technology-stack utilization across teams of 10+ associates. I also manage full sales cycles and contract negotiations for national accounts with contracts exceeding $10 million.

Previously, as a Senior Inside Sales Manager at ADP, I consistently exceeded quota, mentored new associates, and earned multiple President's Club awards. I built solutions and relationships for national-account clients and prospects valued above $500,000.
