What I'm looking for

Growth focused (>$10m annual revenue) marketing leadership roles, either entirely growth focused, or combining a mix of growth, brand development and product marketing. B2B or B2C (16 years experience across both).

Over 15 years' B2B & B2C experience in SaaS, Fintech, Banking & AdTech for 10 different brands within 6 different parent companies. Scaled 3 start-ups from $10m to >$50m ARR. GoHenry, B2C FinTech bank; iDeals Board, B2B Board Management SaaS; and Bill Gates's B2B AdTech, BENlabs.

For 7 established B2B brands (Todoist, iDeals VDR, Unity Trust Bank, Corbis, Veer, Greenlight Rights, Informa) increased new and existing account revenue growth from prosumer, SMB to enterprise; via self-serve (PLG), marketing and sales reliant models; recurring and transactional, online and offline lifecycles (acquisition, onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, loyalty and advocacy).

Built teams from 4 to 25 and led up to 40 people. Strong domain expertise in Research, Positioning & Messaging, Growth & Performance Marketing, Brand Building, Lead & Demand Generation, ABM, Product Marketing, Digital and Traditional Advertising, User Journey / Funnel & Pipeline Optimisation (CRO).

Led, managed and hired across all those areas plus: Content Marketing, SEO, PR, Social Media, CRM, Design, Development, Data & Analytics.
