I process bookings and reservation changes within strict procedural and compliance requirements, maintain accurate interaction records, and resolve queries and complaints professionally. I escalate complex cases when required.

Before this, I spent five years at Basenathi Tradings and Projects managing front-desk operations, telephone enquiries, appointments, correspondence, documents, reports, and financial administration support.

I'm a clear written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail, typing accuracy, CRM, data-entry, database-management, and Microsoft Office skills. I hold a completed Diploma in Law from the University of South Africa and can work in English and IsiZulu.
