What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my customer service, data entry, communication, and product promotion skills to support customers daily. I want a team-focused environment that values professionalism, fast problem-solving, and measurable results.

I’m a customer service and brand promotion professional with experience supporting high-volume inbound calls, passenger check-in needs, and customer engagement. I focus on resolving concerns quickly and professionally while keeping every interaction positive.

In my CCI Call Centre role, I handled passenger requests such as baggage queries, flight changes, seat assignments, and special service requests. I maintained accurate knowledge of airline policies, schedules, and procedures, and used effective problem-solving and conflict resolution to resolve complaints.

As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador with Part-Time Matriarch Marketing, I promoted products through customer engagement and live product demonstrations. I educated customers on features and benefits, supported marketing campaigns and promotional events, and submitted detailed customer feedback reports to supervisors.

I also bring discipline and care from my job shadowing experience at Wentworth Hospital, where I supported patients during visits and monitored rehabilitation exercises under supervision. With a TEFL certificate and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I approach communication with empathy, structure, and continuous improvement.
