I'm seeking a remote SaaS role where I can deliver exceptional customer experiences, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute my operations background alongside my interest in AI and technology.

I've managed end-to-end guest journeys at Seaside Selana Home, from Booking.com and Airbnb reservations through check-out, resolving issues quickly and supporting repeat bookings.

Across Villa Zogianna, Filoxenia, and Sapfo Apartments, I coordinated daily operations, reservations, and guest communication across multiple properties while maintaining high service standards.

I'm also a Wellness Coach, building long-term client relationships through personalized coaching, continuous support, progress monitoring, and tailored guidance.
