What I'm looking for
I bring a strong customer-service mindset with hands-on experience processing orders, processing returns, and resolving customer complaints while responding to enquiries. In my current part-time role as a Customer Service Representative, I support efficient service by handling walk-ins both in the showroom and over the counter, ordering stock, and providing feedback on customer service process performance.
Previously, I’ve worked in internal sales administration and order coordination, including capturing orders on the Syspro system and ensuring quantities of stock are correctly allocated. I also answered calls and transferred them to the correct department, compiled quotes, followed up on customer outstanding orders, and captured purchase orders on the Sage system—supporting smooth day-to-day sales operations. Across roles as a Store and Stock Clerk, I managed inventory by counting stock, receiving stock, organizing products, and ensuring shelves were stocked and priced correctly, while maintaining a clean store environment and comfortable teamwork through strong interpersonal and computer literacy.
