I’m an analytical, detail-oriented Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) graduate with hands-on professional experience in customer operations, technical troubleshooting, and client relationship management. I focus on turning complex technical frameworks into user-friendly solutions that deliver top-tier service standards.

Through my experience as a Customer Service & Technical Operations Apprentice at Airport Authority of India (AAI), I supported passenger-facing communication workflows, resolved real-time operational issues, and worked across cross-functional teams under strict SLA guidelines.
