What I'm looking for

I'm eager to bring dependable operational support to a remote Customer Success or FinTech team.

At Baobab Microfinance Bank, I use Temenos T24 to open and manage accounts, process loan applications, and keep core banking data accurate.

I serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve account challenges, and explain the bank’s services and digital products.

My banking work also includes balancing daily reports and handling cash deposits while following internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Earlier, at Multipro Consumer Products Limited, I supported distributor relationships, introduced product lines to sub-distributors, and conducted stock audits and market checks. I also taught biology as a Student Teacher / Corps Member with National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
